KwaKamba Hill Tree Planting Pilot, 2nd May 2020

Our seedlings planting event at KwaKamba hill went on well and was successful.

We fully complied with Government COVID 19 guidelines.

The event was supervised by Emali sub-location assistant chief Mr. Michael Kivondo.

The Eco Green Initiative team was led by Titus Mbatha and comprised Michael Musyoka (Koka), Elizabeth Wambua, and Martina Ndinda.

Together with other members of the community from the neighborhood, the team was able to plant 105 trees.

We have also conformed with conditions for authorization by the DCC to plant.

We have submitted a report of the event to the DCC.
